How to Place an Order

Welcome to the SmarterX Swag Shop! This store offers SmarterX-branded products and is powered by Shopify.

If you have received a store credit code or other promotional code, follow the steps below to redeem it and place your order.

Step 1: Receive Your Store Credit or Code

If you are eligible for store credit, you may receive an email with instructions for accessing your credit or a store credit/promotional code to use toward your purchase.

The amount or value of your credit will be provided in your email or by the organization providing the credit.

Step 2: Access Your Account

  1. Open the email containing your store credit or code, if applicable.
  2. Follow the instructions provided to access the store.
  3. Log in to your Shopify customer account or create an account if you are a new customer.
  4. Use the email address associated with your Shopify account.

If you are accessing the store for the first time, Shopify may send you a one-time login code to verify your email address.

Have a code? Keep it handy—you'll need it during checkout to apply your available discount or credit.

Step 3: Shop the Store

  1. Browse the available products.
  2. Select your size, color, or any other required options.
  3. Click Add to Cart.
  4. When you're ready to place your order, click the cart icon and select Checkout.

Step 4: Apply Your Store Credit or Code

At checkout:

  • Make sure you are logged into your Shopify customer account.
  • If you have store credit available, it will appear as an available payment option.
  • Select Apply store credit to use your available balance.
  • If you were provided with a promotional or discount code, enter it in the appropriate field at checkout and select Apply.

Important:

  • If your order total exceeds your available store credit, you may be prompted to provide another payment method for the remaining balance.
  • If your order total is less than your available store credit, any remaining balance will stay on your account for future purchases, where applicable.
  • Promotional and discount codes may have additional terms or restrictions. Please refer to the information provided with your code.

Step 5: Shipping

  • Orders are shipped directly to the address you provide at checkout.
  • A flat shipping fee of $12 will be applied to each order.*
  • Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

*The $12 shipping fee applies to orders shipping within the United States. If your order is shipping outside of the U.S., an additional shipping charge may apply based on the destination. If an additional charge is required, you will receive a link to pay the difference after your order has been processed.

Step 6: Order Confirmation & Delivery

After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email from Shopify with details about your purchase and shipping information.

Please allow 2–3 weeks for your items to be produced and delivered.
